Overall
Owner since: more than 10 years
Price: ca. €
User profile: Amateur
Cons: Relatively small FOV, just 6.5°. In adverse lighting conditions, can show a bit of glare. Not the most luxurious neck strap. Compared to top bins at the time of purches (Swarovski and Zeiss) they are a bit less bright (but far from dull).
Pros: Excellent image quality almost to the edge; very good sharpness and contrast. Excellent handling, smooth focusing, good stiffness of the diopter setting. Works well for eyeglass wearers. Robust build quality yet very compact for their objective size. 11 years of reliable service without issues.
Summary: An excellent reliable instrument, very compact therefore easy to always take along on trips or excursions. I cannot fault the image it provides, though it would be nice to have a bit larger FOV and a few % more transmission. In use, they still wow me.
