Owner since: 9 years
Price: 160 CAD
User profile: Professional
Cons: heavy, field of view could be larger, it should be more round around objective lenses
Pros: pinpoint stars images color is not changed exit pupil large enough
Summary: 75% satisfy. but I sold it looking for 7x50 astro
Overall
Owner since: 1 month
Price: £105
User profile: Semipro
Cons: Terrible lens covers.
Pros: Solid as a rock build quality. Excellent optics (and I sold leica and Minox for a living so I know) excellent edge to edge sharpness. Low flare. Outstanding low light capabilty. And easier than 10 x 50 to hold a steady image without a tripod.
Summary: Looked at every option and eventually chose theses over the Nikon on out * out sheer usabilty and quality. Best kept secret on the binocular market today. And despite what some people will have you believe?. they ARE BK4 prisms. Excellent product
