Cons: none
Pros: old binos ,bought by my father so 55 years old now and still very good, excellent in low light and can be used at night to spot the planets ,dont need to focus as depth of field covers from close to far without the need to separately focus .these were very expensive when new but well worth the extra cost as have never needed to be maintained . Will pass them onto my grand children .
Summary: why change something that works and performs so well
