Cons: Better binoculars out there, but not at this price.
Pros: Wide field of view. Good quality view. Inexpensive. Lightweight. Ideal for kids, elderly and those with unsteady hands, like me.
Summary: Excellent for stadium sports, close-range birdwatching in suburban streets and parks. Good close-range hunting binocular.

Cons: Rather stiff dioptre. Not for people with wide-apart eyes. Blurring starts at about 80% of field.
Pros: Good for children. Vast FOV - very good for birding in woods and confined spaces. Fully waterproofed and nitrogen filled. Nice strap and accessories. Good depth of field, so focussing is not critical.
Summary: Designed with children in mind (as well as adults). 6x will not cause eye damage to young children unaccustomed to binoculars. Good for general tourism and viewing. Also good if you are on a boat - 6x binoculars do not show 'shake' as much as more powerful models. Not really suitable for astronomy. Less eyestrain means they can be used for extended periods. Lens easy to keep clean.
