Overall
Owner since: 2 years
Price: £45
User profile: Amateur
Cons: Image has chromatic and spherical aberration - no better and no worse than average for price range. Easily knocked out out of collimation!
Pros: Nice handling, reasonable image quality, good build quality
Summary: average binocular but can be pyrchased at bargain price.

Price: £60

Cons: Comfortable to use, nice balance, big focus wheel, not too heavy. Optical performance very acceptable, with the centre image good, with chromatic and spherical abberation apparent towards the edges as is normally the case. the image is very clear and good quality for the price range giving excellent value for money.
Pros: Case rather flimsy and affords little mechanical protection. Could do with better internal baffles to stop stray light, especially when looking towards the sun.
Summary: Nice pair of binoculars, excellent value for money.
