Overall
Owner since: 1 year
Price: 500USD
User profile: Amateur
Cons: Field of view could be larger though It is already larger than most 7x50's.
Pros: Tough but light weight. Good optical quality for the price. The coatings are excellent. Useful for astronomy and marine. Mine came with good quality soft case, floating neck strap and regular shoulder strap. The soft winged eye-shields are very comfortable and excellent for extended viewing sessions.
Summary: Good value for a marine binocular. I like it far more than the usual marine 7x50. It is lighter and much more handy. It seems to be no longer available unfortunately. It was only produced for a year or two?

Cons: No Field case. Objective barrel too short, sub-optimal flare control.
Pros: Easy to carry. Good color rendition, good clarity, sharp and bright view.
Summary: Beside occasional flare control, generally good performance for its size, not far from Nikon 7x50 SP.
