Cons: Hard eye cups
Pros: Mechanically and optically perfect. Body is all metal, no plastic, very good, precisely built. Focusing mechanism easy to use and very smooth. Image exceptionally sharp, practically without distortion, bright almost as any 10x50.
Summary: It can compete with modern expencive binoculars. In my opinion it is mechanicaly better and should be durable, so for the price you can now buy one it is apsolutely best if you don't mind old fashion design, hard eye cups and weight. If you can find one in good condition, for low price you can get durable and robust optical instrument with exceptional image.

Owner since: more than 10 years
Price: £40
User profile: Amateur
Cons: heavy, not pretty, functional rather than smart, focus can be sloppy.coating is not up tp modern standards,
Pros: superb value for money, very sharp centre, tough, apparently waterproof, seem to perform even in low light like 10x50 zeiss, with extra power!
Summary: just brilliant for the money, and will outperform larger binoculars
