Overall
Owner since: 6 years
Price: $500+ AUD
User profile: Amateur
Cons: Diopteric ring doesn't seem to work at all! So can't sharpen focus adequately. Lens cap poor; attachment strap soon breaks. Poorly-sealed case and inferior neck strap.
Pros: Optics generally good; reasonably sharp image; very good for close-up viewing
Summary: Very good and pleasant to use for the price, when still new, but if you can't get sharp focussing with the central focus ring then the diopteric ring won't help you. Not a good choice for frequent use over a long period.
