Cons: There is no need for eyecups that are adjustable for eyeglass users. You should not use two pair of eyeglasses on top of each other! On these Hawkes the eyecups should be in the \"out\" position. Unfortunately they tend to move too easily when handling the binos. A locking mechanism should be proper if adjustable at all... You might find the focus range very narrow in adjustment. A slight twist and you go from close up of 2 meters to the horizont... That makes it fast, but may also be a problem when you have \"big fingers\" or are frozen, wearing gloves etc...
Pros: Optics are perfect. Casing is perfect.
Summary: No need to buy Swarovski, Zeiss or Leitz for 1000 of dollars when you can buy these for only 300 Euro!!
